A Podcast is a special form of an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed.  The sermons (mp3 files) and later video files are part of the podcast feed.  When clicking on the podcast "radio antenna", you will be directed to a special part of the website.  The titles of the various "feeds" should be self explanatory.  If you only wish to listen (later view) a particular item online and not download the associated file, then just click on the title.  Every attempt will be made to make the audio files work with a dialup account.  Video files probably will not work with a dialup account, but that remains to be seen.  A simple audio player is embedded into the web content and will start up after a file is clicked.  When finished listening to the audio file, or if you would like to listen to a different one, just click the "Back" arrow for you browser to go back to the podcast page.

If you are familiar with the podcast function, then you will want to "subscribe" to the podcast using your favorite "podcatcher".  The site is not presently set up for iTunes syndication.  Podcatchers generally allow the media content to be downloaded without viewing, and allow a periodic refresh of the content to catch any new content.
